Brand-Rex Cat6 Outdoor Pure Copper Cable 305m Highlights

• Category Standard — Cat6 (Category 6) is a standard for Ethernet cables. It supports higher data transfer rates and frequencies compared to older standards like Cat5e.
• Performance Capabilities — Cat6 cables are designed to support Gigabit Ethernet speeds (1000 Mbps) and can handle frequencies up to 250 MHz. This makes them suitable for demanding network applications.
• Reduced Crosstalk — Compared to previous categories, Cat6 features improved specifications for reducing crosstalk and system noise. This leads to more reliable data transmission.
• Backward Compatibility — Cat6 cables are backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 standards, allowing for integration into existing network infrastructures. However, performance will be limited by the lowest category component.
• Construction — These cables typically feature a more robust construction, often with a spline separating the wire pairs to further minimize interference and improve signal integrity.

Description

• Cat6 Ethernet cable supports network speeds up to 10 Gbps, ideal for high-speed internet and data transfer. • Pure copper conductors ensure reliable signal transmission and lower latency for networking and CCTV. • FTP (Foiled Twisted Pair) shielding protects against electromagnetic interference, crucial for outdoor installations. • 305-meter (1000ft) bulk length provides ample cable for extensive network setups, camera runs, or outdoor wireless links. • Designed for outdoor use, offering durability against environmental factors.
