Fargo HDP Transfer Film for HDP660

Fargo HDP Transfer Film for HDP660 Highlights

• High Definition Printing: HDP printers use a retransfer printing process. This involves printing the image onto a clear film first, then fusing that film onto the card surface. This results in a full-bleed, edge-to-edge print with vibrant colors and sharp detail.
• Durable Card Surfaces: The retransfer film protects the printed image from wear and tear, UV fading, and chemical exposure. This makes HDP printed cards more durable and long-lasting compared to direct-to-card printing.
• Versatile Card Compatibility: HDP technology can print on a variety of card materials, including PVC, PET, and polycarbonate. It is also ideal for printing on cards with uneven surfaces, such as smart cards with embedded chips.
• Enhanced Security Features: The retransfer film can incorporate security features like holograms or watermarks, adding an extra layer of protection against counterfeiting. This makes HDP cards suitable for secure identification and access control.
