- Minimum qualification: OND/HND in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or a related field Must be able to speak and understand Hausa fluently Must have practical experience in farm management Must have experience supervising and managing farm workers Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor farm activities Must be hardworking, honest, disciplined and responsible Ability to keep proper records of farm activities, workers, materials and expenses Must be able to work independently and provide regular reports to management Previous experience managing a medium or large-scale farm will be an added advantage.
