Create engaging and original content for Klimatt Nigeria Limited’s social media platforms and digital channels. * Develop creative concepts for videos, photos, reels, graphics and other digital content. * Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos for properties, projects, products, events and company activities. * Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar. * Write engaging captions, scripts and promotional copy. * Create content that communicates Klimatt’s brand, projects and services effectively. * Stay up to date with social media trends and develop content around relevant trends where appropriate. * Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to develop campaigns and promotional materials. * Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content. * Ensure all published content maintains Klimatt Nigeria Limited’s professional brand image.

Strong creativity and ability to develop fresh content ideas. * Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. * Good photography and videography skills. * Proficiency in video and photo editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop or Canva. * Good writing, storytelling and communication skills. * Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement and digital marketing. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual presentation. * Experience creating content for real estate, construction, property development or related industries is an advantage. * Must be willing to occasionally travel to project sites for content production.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum of OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Fine Arts or a related field. * Demonstrable experience in content creation, social media management, photography or videography. * A portfolio of previous content work is required. * Relevant professional certifications or training in digital marketing, content creation or media production will be an advantage.
