Responsibilities	Monitoring and checking out vehicles. Goods and people coming in and out of the premises and also documenting any incident that may occur. Also to report any issues	Reporting and documentation: Write detailed logs and incident reports regarding daily activities, property damage, or suspicious incidents for management or law enforcement.Customer service: Greet visitors, answer questions, provide directions, and maintain a helpful, approachable presence while upholding safety.	* Monitor and control entry and exit at the residence. * Open and secure the gate for authorised residents and visitors. * Keep watch over the property and report unusual activity. * Receive and direct visitors appropriately. * Maintain general security awareness around the premises. * Keep the gate area clean and orderly. * Follow instructions from the homeowner/responsible person. * Remain alert and avoid unnecessary distractions while on duty

Requirements and Skills	Ability to read and write very well and good communication skills. Someone who has the full confidence to work under pressure .
