Responsibilities: * Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. * Attend to customers promptly and politely. * Set up snooker tables and ensure they are ready for customers. * Provide cues, balls, and other necessary game equipment. * Explain the basic rules and procedures to customers when needed. * Keep the snooker tables, playing area, and surroundings clean and organized. * Monitor games and ensure customers follow the arena’s rules. * Keep track of playing time and assist with proper billing/payment procedures. * Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally. * Ensure all equipment is handled properly and report damaged or missing items. * Maintain a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment. * Assist with opening and closing duties when required. * Work with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operations. * Help promote a good customer experience so customers will want to return. * Be alert and responsible while on duty.
Minimum Experience: less than 1 year
