Responsibilities:

Attending to customers Write down what purchases of the day Must resume by 8a.m and closes 6pm Must make sure the surrounding are clean before and after working hours (1) processes customer payments, manages cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems, and provides front-line customer service in retail, restaurant, or service environments. (1) Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, riders and business partners professionally. Answer and direct phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries, provide information about our services, receive and record parcels, maintain customer and delivery records, assist with scheduling and general office administration, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, keep the reception area neat and organized, and coordinate with riders and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations (1)
