Responsibilities	We are a logistics company looking for an experienced rider that has knowledge with Lagos route. They will help deliver packages from the office to several areas in Lagos	1.Pick up and deliver goods safely and on time. 2.Handle packages with care. 3.Follow assigned routes and traffic rules. 4.Communicate with customers and the office. 5.Keep the motorcycle clean and roadworthy. 6.Maintain delivery records and report any issues. Provide professional customer service.	Delivery Pick up packages from assigned locations. Deliver packages safely and on time. Handle customers' goods with care. Obtain proof of delivery where required. Customer service Be polite and professional. Communicate delays or problems promptly. Never argue with or disrespect customers. Represent Royal Angel Logistics professionally at all times. Money & records Accurately record every assigned delivery. Declare all money collected on behalf of the company. Provide receipts/payment evidence where required. Submit daily delivery and financial records. No private collection or undeclared delivery jobs using the company bike. Motorcycle care Carry out basic daily checks. Monitor fuel, engine oil, tyres, brakes, lights and chain. Keep the bike clean. Report mechanical problems immediately. Never ignore a fault that could damage the motorcycle or endanger the rider. Security Keep packages secure. Never leave packages unattended. Follow approved routes and instructions.

Requirements and Skills	The rider must be experienced and must have a riders card, he must know his way around Lagos and must be good working with people	1.Valid motorcycle rider’s licence. 2.Good knowledge of Lagos routes. 3.Good communication and customer-service skills. 4.Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy. 5.Ability to use Google Maps/navigation apps. 6.Physically fit and safety-conscious. 7.Previous dispatch experience is an advantage.	Be 18 years or older. Have a valid motorcycle/rider's licence and other required documents. Have good knowledge of Lagos routes and be able to use Google Maps/navigation. Have previous dispatch/logistics riding experience — preferably. Be physically fit and able to ride safely for extended periods. Have a valid means of identification. Provide a guarantor/emergency contact with verifiable details. Be willing to undergo an interview and practical riding assessment. Have a responsible attitude and good customer-service skills. Be willing to sign a Royal Angel Logistics rider agreement before receiving the motorcycle. Be willing to work according to the company's agreed schedule and operating areas. Must be honest, punctual and trustworthy.
Minimum Qualification Requirements	Should know how to read and write and knows how to operate a mobile phone	1.Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO. 2.Valid motorcycle riding licence. 3.At least 1 year of dispatch riding experience. 4.Good knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic. 5.Ability to use Google Maps/GPS. 6.Must be responsible, punctual, and trustworthy. 7.Good communication and customer-service skills. 8.Must be physically fit and safety-conscious.
