Develop and execute engaging content for Maison Gleam’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp. * Film and edit high-quality videos and photos of cleaning services, before-and-after transformations, cleaning processes, staff, and customer experiences. * Create short-form video content such as Reels, TikToks, tutorials, cleaning tips, behind-the-scenes videos, and promotional content. * Develop creative content ideas that increase brand awareness, engagement, enquiries, and bookings. * Attend cleaning jobs when required to capture authentic, high-quality content. * Create content around Maison Gleam’s promotions, campaigns, special offers, and seasonal activities. * Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that encourage potential customers to make enquiries or book services. * Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure content is planned and posted regularly.
