• Matakin Gwaninta: Yawanci ana buƙatar aƙalla shekara guda na gwaninta a koyarwa don irin wannan aikin. Wannan yana tabbatar da cewa masu nema suna da ƙwarewar sarrafa aji da hanyoyin koyarwa.
• Bukatun Ilimi: Ana sa ran samun sakamakon WAEC na Sakandare mai kyau da kuma maki mai ƙarfi a Jamb. Waɗannan suna nuna tushen ilimi mai ƙarfi da ake buƙata don koyar da manyan darussan.
• Yanayin Aiki: Wannan cikakken lokaci ne, aiki na ofis, wanda ke nuna tsarin makaranta. Daidaiton lokaci da halayen sana'a suna da mahimmanci don kafa misali mai kyau ga ɗalibai.
• Sarrafa Albashi: Albashi a wannan kewayon ya zama ruwan dare ga matsayi na koyarwa na farko zuwa na tsakiya a wasu yankuna. Yana nuna buƙatar malamai masu cancanta a fannoni na asali.

Responsibilities	To teach Basic Science, Basic Technology, And mathematics from JSS1 - JSS3.... Effectively in a full time manner......................................	1. Plan and teach lessons for JSS/SSS 2. Conduct practicals 3. Maintain the school farm and teaching resources 4. Set exams, mark, and record student performance 5.
