However, certain personal skills can help you perform even better. Strong communication skills, whether through conversations, messaging apps, or social media, will help you engage with potential customers and build relationships. Basic smartphone or internet skills, such as using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other online platforms, are beneficial but not mandatory. (1)
