Responsibilities	Receive payments from customers accurately. Issue receipts and confirm transactions. Handle cash, POS, transfers, and other approved payment methods. Maintain accurate sales and payment records. Balance the cash register at the end of each shift. Report shortages, excess cash, or payment issues. Assist customers with payment-related inquiries. Keep the cashier area clean and organized. Follow company cash-handling procedures. Requirements:	Welcome customers and provide excellent service. Assist customers in selecting suitable fashion items. Provide information on sizes, prices, colours, and available products. Recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences. Process sales and payments accurately. Record daily sales and transactions. Monitor stock and report shortages or damaged items. Arrange and display merchandise attractively. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the boutique. Assist with receiving and arranging new stock. Promote products through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms. Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.	Execute daily product sales and deliveries using a bicycle within the Awoyaya to Lakowe coverage area. Consistently meet and exceed set sales targets to earn performance bonuses. Safely handle the official Samsung phone issued for order management and customer calls. Keep accurate daily records of deliveries, payments, and product stock.

Requirements and Skills	Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred. Basic computer and POS knowledge. Good numerical and communication skills. Must be honest, attentive, and accurate. Ability to work under pressure.	Previous experience in boutique, fashion retail, sales, or customer service is preferred. Must be neat, smart, confident, and presentable. Good understanding of customer service and sales. Comfortable working with sales targets. Basic computer and POS knowledge is an advantage. Must be honest and responsible with cash and merchandise. Willingness to work weekends or public holidays when required.	Must be proficient in riding a bicycle. Prior experience in sales, dispatch, or field deliveries is an advantage. Must reside along or close to the Awoyaya-Lakowe axis. High level of honesty, physical endurance, and good communication skills. Must pass background checks and provide two verifiable guarantors.
Minimum Qualification Requirements	Minimum of SSCE; OND is an added advantage.	Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO. OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, Sales Management, or a related field is an advantage. Relevant retail or sales training is an added advantage.	Must be proficient in riding a bicycle. Prior experience in sales, dispatch, or field deliveries is an advantage.
