M-Audio BX5 D3 5-Inch Powered Studio Monitors Highlights

• Bi-Amplified Design — These monitors feature a bi-amplified design, meaning separate amplifiers power the low-frequency (woofer) and high-frequency (tweeter) drivers. This setup optimizes performance and clarity for each driver.
• Nearfield Studio Monitors — Designed for nearfield listening, these monitors are intended to be placed relatively close to the listener. This positioning minimizes room acoustics from interfering with the sound reproduction.
• Balanced XLR and 6.3mm Inputs — Equipped with both balanced XLR and 6.3mm (1/4-inch) TRS inputs, these monitors offer flexible connectivity options for various audio interfaces and mixers.
• Active Monitoring — As active monitors, they have built-in amplifiers. This integrated design simplifies setup as you don't need external power amplifiers.
• 100W Total Output Power — The combined output power of the amplifiers is 100W, providing ample volume and dynamic range for critical listening and mixing tasks.
