Behringer Ultra-DI DI20 Active DI Box

Behringer Ultra-DI DI20 Active DI Box Highlights

• Active DI Box Design: Active DI boxes use electronic circuitry to buffer and amplify the instrument signal. This helps to maintain signal integrity and reduce noise over longer cable runs, making them ideal for live sound and studio use.
• Ground Lift Switch: The ground lift switch is a crucial feature for eliminating hum and buzz caused by ground loops. Engaging this switch disconnects the ground pin of the XLR output, resolving common audio interference issues.
• Balanced XLR Output: Features a balanced XLR output, which is standard for professional audio equipment. This balanced connection significantly reduces susceptibility to electromagnetic interference and noise compared to unbalanced connections.
• Pad Switch for High Output Sources: Equipped with a pad switch to attenuate the input signal. This is essential when connecting high-output sources like active basses or keyboards, preventing signal clipping and distortion.
• Durable Construction: Typically built with robust materials to withstand the rigors of live performance and frequent transport. This ensures reliable operation in demanding environments.
