Responsibilities:

1) He should always clean up the environment properly before bussiness starts in the morning 2)Bussiness marketing 3) giving the customers a professional hair cuts (1) The basic responsibility is to go out on daily basis to collect funds from customers. ACA/ACCA/CAN is a plus Experience 2+ years handling full accounting cycle for SMEs. Retail/phone/accessories business experience is an added advantage Knowledge: Understanding of Inventory, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cashbook, Bank Reconciliation, P&L, Balance Sheet Tax Basic knowledge of VAT, Withholding Tax, and FIRS compliance in Nigeria (1) * Monitor and control entry and exit at the residence. * Open and secure the gate for authorised residents and visitors. * Keep watch over the property and report unusual activity. * Receive and direct visitors appropriately. * Maintain general security awareness around the premises. * Keep the gate area clean and orderly. * Follow instructions from the homeowner/responsible person. * Remain alert and avoid unnecessary distractions while on duty (1)
