Deep understanding of GDS operations, ticketing workflows, and travel industry regulations. Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple branches or operational units. Must be ready to resume immediately and comply with standard agency verification and guarantor terms. (1) No advanced technical skills are required to succeed in this role because comprehensive training will be provided. However, certain personal skills can help you perform even better. Strong communication skills, whether through conversations, messaging apps, or social media, will help you engage with potential customers and build relationships. Basic smartphone or internet skills, such as using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other online platforms, are beneficial but not mandatory. (1)
