- You will be the first voice of FASHKLO. You'll respond to client enquiries across all our platforms, explain our services and process clearly, gather the details of what each client wants to produce, and pass pricing and quote requests to the right team member. You won't be quoting prices yourself; your job is to make sure every client gets a fast, clear, professional response and never feels ignored. What you'll do Reply promptly to messages and DMs on Instagram, WhatsApp, email and phone calls Answer questions about our services, MOQs, turnaround and production process Collect client requirements (garment type, quantity, fabric, designs, deadlines) and hand them over accurately for quoting Follow up with clients who have gone quiet and keep conversations moving Keep a clean record of enquiries and their status Work closely with our production teams

- What we're looking for Excellent written and spoken English. This is non-negotiable: your messages must be clear, correct and professional At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client support or a front-desk/sales support role Comfortable managing several chats at once without dropping any Calm, polite and confident on the phone Organised, reliable and quick to respond Familiarity with fashion or garment production is a plus, not a requirement
