What you'll do Reply promptly to messages and DMs on Instagram, WhatsApp, email and phone calls Answer questions about our services, MOQs, turnaround and production process Collect client requirements (garment type, quantity, fabric, designs, deadlines) and hand them over accurately for quoting Follow up with clients who have gone quiet and keep conversations moving Keep a clean record of enquiries and their status Work closely with our production teams |
