Responsibilities:

(1) Talk with clients to understand their preferences and suggest cuts or colors that match their face shape. Wash, dry, cut, trim, and style hair using professional tools. Keep workstations clean, sterilize tools, and manage appointments. (1) To promote the company's products and services, builds brand awareness, and generates customer leads through strategic campaigns also to connects a business with its target audience. and blend creativity with data analysis to design promotions that drive sales and growth (1) Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff. Assign duties and monitor staff performance. Ensure customers receive excellent service. Monitor stock, sales, and daily operations. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues. Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and safe. Prepare daily reports for management. Train and guide new employees. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. (1)
