Responsibilities	Cleaning of the shop, arranging and folding of our thrift male wears, going out with the CEO on week days to display, market and make sales at our mobile sales stand.	Market Expansion (Field Sales Focus): Conduct field visits to distributors, hotels and potential B2B customers across Lagos, introduce our hospitality supply products, develop new distributors and secure sales orders. Client & Distributor Maintenance: Make regular site visits to existing distributors and clients to maintain relationships, collect orders and gather market feedback. Emphasize our local stock advantage: no long waiting time and no international freight cost. Oversight & Reporting: Track order progress and payment collection from field visits; record market information and sales performance, submit regular sales reports to management. Sales Target: Meet monthly sales targets by continuous field marketing and on-site follow-up with distributors and clients.	Welcome customers and provide excellent service. Assist customers in selecting suitable fashion items. Provide information on sizes, prices, colours, and available products. Recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences. Process sales and payments accurately. Record daily sales and transactions. Monitor stock and report shortages or damaged items. Arrange and display merchandise attractively. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the boutique. Assist with receiving and arranging new stock. Promote products through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms. Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

Requirements and Skills	Ability to speak english fluently, neat, honest, friendly with customers and potential customers, dutiful and always on time.	Education: SSCE or equivalent certificate. Experience: 1–2 years field sales experience; experience visiting distributors or hotel supply sales is preferred. Language: Fluent spoken English; ability to speak local languages (Yoruba / Igbo) is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, familiar with Lagos routes; self-driven, honest and target-focused.	Previous experience in boutique, fashion retail, sales, or customer service is preferred. Must be neat, smart, confident, and presentable. Good understanding of customer service and sales. Comfortable working with sales targets. Basic computer and POS knowledge is an advantage. Must be honest and responsible with cash and merchandise. Willingness to work weekends or public holidays when required.
Minimum Qualification Requirements	Interested applicant should possess a minimum of OND. Proximity to Garki 2 and ability to speak one or more of the major languages will be an advantage	Persuasive communication skills, high resilience, willing to travel widely around Lagos to visit distributors and customers.	Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO. OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, Sales Management, or a related field is an advantage. Relevant retail or sales training is an added advantage.
