(1) Proven experience as a Bartender, Mixologist or Bar Manager * Strong practical knowledge of mixology and bartending * Previous teaching/training experience is an advantage * Good communication and presentation skills * Patient and able to work with beginners * Professional appearance and attitude * Must be reliable and punctual * Must be willing to provide practical, hands-on training (1) 3–5 years of relevant experience in nightclub, lounge, bar, or hospitality operations, including management or supervisory experience. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, grow sales, manage costs, and deliver successful events. Strong knowledge of Abuja’s nightlife market; an established local network is an advantage. Excellent guest relations, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and event days. (1)

Responsibilities:

Supervise floor staff, waiters, and bar personnel. Manage customer relations, guest complaints, and service quality. Track inventory, daily sales reports, and stock usage. (1) Prepare and present high-quality Nigerian and Continental dishes (pastas, steaks, salads, pastries, sauces, desserts, and bread baking). Plan menus, assist with menu development, and manage kitchen cost control. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, cooks, and stewards during peak service hours. Monitor food stock levels, place requisitions, and minimize waste. Maintain all kitchen equipment and enforce strict health regulations. (1)
