(1) Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media ad platforms, and design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for visual aesthetics and detail. Responsibilities:

preparation & sales of smoothies & fruit juices Proper bookkeeping of sales materials & smoothies supplies Communication with kitchen lead on shortages (1) Attending to customers Keeping the shop clean Taking items down for customers Assembling and installation of equipment’s Resume the office by 8:30am (1) Attending to customers Write down what purchases of the day Must resume by 8a.m and closes 6pm Must make sure the surrounding are clean before and after working hours (1) Assist the manager in the day to day tuning of the facility,running social media adverts.over seeing the Day to day activities of the hotel,taking records abd inventory (1) Content Creation & Copywriting: Write compelling property descriptions, website copy, blog posts, and email newsletters that highlight unique selling points.Digital & Social Media Management: Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) by scheduling posts, engaging followers, and running paid ad campaigns. Customer interaction and boldness to engage customers (1) -Qualification BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACA/ACCA/CAN is a plus Experience 2+ years handling full accounting cycle for SMEs. Retail/phone/accessories business experience is an added advantage Knowledge: Understanding of Inventory, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cashbook, Bank Reconciliation, P&L, Balance Sheet Tax Basic knowledge of VAT, Withholding Tax, and FIRS compliance in Nigeria (1) Clean and maintain floors, windows, furniture, and other surfaces. Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize designated areas. Clean and maintain restrooms. Empty waste bins and dispose of waste properly. Refill cleaning supplies when necessary. Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues. Ensure cleaning materials are used safely. Maintain cleanliness throughout the working day. Perform other cleaning duties as assigned. (1)
