Responsibilities	Manage daily front desk, housekeeping, and general hotel operations. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly. Maintain accurate sales and operational records. Supervise hotel staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and discipline.	Prepare and cook standard Nigerian dishes (Jollof rice, Egusi, Ogbono, soups, grills, and local sauces). Bake pastries and snacks including bread, meat pies, and egg rolls. Maintain strict kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards. Ensure raw ingredients and cooked food are stored properly.	She will be responsible for the day to day operations and be resident as there's accommodation. She must be matured. Please note that accomodation is for her alone.

Requirements and Skills	Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality supervision. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Important: Must live within Ogudu or very close environs due to commuting arrangements (no accommodation attached).	Minimum of 1–2 years of cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, or standard kitchen. Strong knowledge of local Nigerian cuisine and basic baking skills. High standards of personal hygiene and organization. Willingness to undergo compulsory guarantor and background vetting.	Ability to perform basic household tasks and also relate well with customers. Must be able to increase patronage and sales through her relationship management skill.
Minimum Qualification Requirements	Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality supervision.	Minimum of 1–2 years of cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, or standard kitchen.	Applicant with School cert, NCE / ND is okay for the role. Applicant must at least know how to add money and take care of the place of business.
